Partner Opt-Out

Quest Lab Kft. (Quest Lab) works with various analytics and ad network partners within our mobile apps,
websites, and elsewhere online. We may share device identifiers with these partners for analytics,
measurement, and reporting purposes. For example, we may share data with our attribution partner (e.g.,
AppsFlyer) and other networks for measurement and conversion tracking in connection with our user
acquisition (UA) activities. Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent to process personal
data for advertising and analytics purposes. Where consent is not legally required (e.g., for internal
analytics or performance monitoring), we rely on our legitimate interest in operating, improving, and
securing our services. You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests and
may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent
before its withdrawal.

Our analytics and ad-serving partners can use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to
collect or receive data about you (in the form of device identifiers) and might claim controller rights over
your personal data. For more information about their privacy practices and opt-out possibilities, please
refer to the relevant links or resources they provide. Please note that all partners may not be used in all
regions or across all of our services. These partners do not use your data for additional purposes, and
any opt-outs you make can affect these partners as well.

Furthermore, we engage third parties for fraud prevention, service functionality, service error event and
performance monitoring, as well as customer service. To enable these functionalities, such third parties
may also use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect or receive data about you
(in the form of device identifiers). Depending on the nature of the processing, these entities may act as
controllers of your data or as processors operating on behalf of Quest Lab. Typically, you can disable
advertising identifiers on mobile devices by using the “Limit Ad Tracking” function (e.g., on iOS: Settings
→ Privacy → Tracking → enable or disable tracking per app).

Depending on the nature of the processing and the services provided, these third parties may act either
as data processors (processing your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement) or as
independent data controllers (determining the purpose and means of processing on their own). For
example, attribution and advertising partners typically act as controllers, while hosting and error-logging
services usually act as processors.
